Cheerful South African Saturday market with stalls, gazebos, bunting and families

The real problem

Great stalls. Empty Saturdays.

You have an amazing product — but finding the right events is a full-time job.

Venues are scattered

Farmers markets in Potchefstroom, school fêtes in Plett, charity markets in Pretoria — every organiser advertises somewhere different. You can't check them all.

Cold emails don't work

Finding the right contact, writing a compelling pitch, following up — it takes hours and most emails never get a reply. Stallholders give up.

Word-of-mouth is slow

Your current calendar depends on who you know. One cancelled event and your income dries up. You need a reliable pipeline of new venues.

How it works

Four tools. One subscription.

A shareable stall page, a customer mailing list, an AI promo studio, and venue outreach — all in your dashboard.

Your public stall page

A beautiful page at /s/your-stall with your photos, products, location and contact button. Share it on Instagram, WhatsApp, anywhere.

Customer subscribers

Visitors subscribe with their email — no account needed. Send 2 updates a month about where you'll be next, with AI-drafted copy.

AI Promo Studio

Generate scroll-stopping 1:1 social posts for Instagram and Facebook in seconds, with captions and hashtags written for you.

One-click venue outreach

Click once — AI emails matching event organisers across SA on your behalf. Replies land straight in your inbox.

To: Bryanston School Spring Fair

Subject: Artisan baker available — 14 June

Hi there, I'm Thandi from Grandma's Bakery based in Paarl. I specialise in traditional South African baked goods — milk tart, pastries, rusks and milk tart cupcakes. I'd love to bring my stall to your Spring Fair on 14 June. I have all required food safety certificates and can supply my own gazebo and table. Please let me know if you still have a stall spot available!

To: Dolphin Coast Charity Market

Subject: Handmade jewellery stall — Ballito

Good day, I'm Johan from Coastal Creations in Durban North. I craft sterling silver and bead jewellery inspired by Zulu and Xhosa patterns. Your charity market sounds like a wonderful fit — I'd love to donate 10% of sales to your cause. Available any Saturday in June and July. Let me know!

Frequently asked

How does the AI email outreach work?

You build your stall profile once, then click 'Find me venues'. Our AI scans every event on Stalletjie that matches your criteria — category, location, travel radius, stall requirements — and drafts a personalised email to each organiser from your profile. You review and send, or let it run automatically.

Do organisers know the email came from Stalletjie?

Yes — the email mentions that you found them through Stalletjie, but it's written in your voice from your stall name. Organisers reply directly to your email address, not to a robot.

How many venues can I reach?

As many as match your criteria. If you sell jerky and you're willing to travel 200km from Centurion, we might find 15-30 relevant events. There is no per-email limit — your R199 covers the whole year. We will be adding new venues and events continuously, so the amount of opportunities will potentially grow in future.

What if I only want specific types of events?

You control everything. Filter by event type (farmers market, school fête, festival), province, town, indoor/outdoor, power availability, and more. Only matching venues get emailed.

Why R199 a year?

One flat annual fee — under R17 a month — keeps the platform serious without nickel-and-diming small traders. A single market day usually covers your whole year.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Your profile becomes hidden but your data is kept in case you come back.
